Parents need a little self-care in order to be the best parents they can be to their children. However, we sometimes forget to take the time for this. So, let’s make Thursdays the days we focus on self-care! Why Thursday you ask? Well, Friday is usually dedicated to family or date night, and the weekends are full of events. And let’s be real, pretty much every other day of the week is taken with some other “obligation”.
